Perry Squad Member of the Year Awards" during FRS's Annual Banquet & Installation of Officers, on Saturday, October 3, 2009:

This esteemed title continues to be a tribute to the past, present and future members of the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad and to "Fredericksburg's Good Samaritan," Mr. Samuel E. Perry.
